The L3ver M2-AWD is a pair of motor blocks with a built-in tensioning mechanism that opens up the possibility of using printheads without tensioners like the VZBOT version. Compatible with any VCORE 3.0/3.1 200/300/400/500 versions, any Enclosure (1.0/2.0)
Blocks are a replacement for base blocks.
The M2 is designed based on the Precision Motor Block, which features a full conversion with shouldered screw, for better precision, longer bearing life, and a drastic reduction in associated vibrations. The base of the block is designed to decouple engine vibrations by installing an N17 type damper (not supplied). The Nema mates with a disc coupler and extended shaft secured by two bearings to maintain reliability and ensure perfectly coaxial movement.
Shouldered screws prevent bearing precessions and increase bearing life and movement quality
ABEC-7 quality bearings for smooth operation over time
Kits are delivered in pairs (right-left) pre-assembled
All versions (ASA, PA12CF15) come with reinforced PA12CF15 Y-tenders x2 |
